RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns. We can exchange if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product using the original method of payment.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Because all items are HANDMADE please allow 5 to 7 business days for the order to be shipped.
DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL ORDERS TO BE PLACED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
