We are almost through with the year! Whoop whoop! Even in the midst of a pandemic, I wanted to remind you all, that there is ALWAYS time for YOU. We do not take care self-care lightly around here. No Ma’am , no Sir. I highly encourage you to take some time out of your day to do an activity from my list of suggestions or create one of your own.
I preach so much about self-care because this topic is very important to me. As someone who tends to be quite prone to burnout, it is critical that I take breaks and set aside time to do the things that I love. My favorite ways to take care of myself and chill include going on crafting, dancing, and watching YouTube videos.
